By accessing or using BGPHorizon (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Permitted use

BGPHorizon is provided for informational, research, and network-operational use. You may view, query, and reference the content and data for these purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

No commercial use

The content, data, analysis, and materials available on BGPHorizon may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission. This includes reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the data or content, or incorporating it into a paid or commercial product or service.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest the site or its data by automated means beyond any officially provided API, and beyond its published rate limits;
  • Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, access controls, authentication, or rate limits;

  • Use the Service in any way that disrupts, overloads, degrades, or impairs it, or that interferes with other users;

We may throttle, suspend, or block access (including by network range) that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe to be abusive.

Data accuracy & no warranty

BGPHorizon aggregates and presents routing data derived from public sources. It is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, completeness, or availability. Routing data can be incomplete or delayed; do not rely on it as the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGPHorizon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
